When did the problem occur? Was everything OK until then? What device are you using? What's its operating system?
Tried using another Internet connection?
If your game account is linked to your Facebook account, see whether you have this problem on the browser version.
Meanwhile, try resetting your phone's network settings.
In my phone, it's located in Settings -> Advanced settings -> Backup & reset -> Network settings reset. Alternatively, use the search engine in Settings to look for "network reset".
