I am seeing contacting server error after I fail a level , I don’t get an option to use my gold coins to buy lives . I tried this twice , I am able to play but not purchase using my existing coins

Can you please tell me what is going on in your game? Which device you are using and when did the issue start?
If using a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, which version of the App do you have right now?

When did the problem occur? Was everything OK until then? What device are you using? What's its operating system?
Tried using another Internet connection?
If your game account is linked to your Facebook account, see whether you have this problem on the browser version.
Meanwhile, try resetting your phone's network settings.
In my phone, it's located in Settings -> Advanced settings -> Backup & reset -> Network settings reset. Alternatively, use the search engine in Settings to look for "network reset".
