Win streak lost

Hello. I am on level 8116, and I could not get to the next level, because there was no cherry. I lost my win streak because of that. I have a screenshot with NO CHERRY get to the arrow. I also used 10 coins, but still no cherry within the next 5 moves... I feel scammed

Which device are you play ?unfortunately. If you fail or quit a level, you lose the streak, and all of the rewards are gone

This is a known issue, I'm afraid. One that's been around for quite some time and is yet not resolved. You can see here for reference:

Level 5406 there must be a glitch (no last cherry)

As for your lost level streak - it was not your fault, so you should write to Support and demand some compensation to be sent your way. The extra 10 gold bars you spent at the very least. See here for reference:
