Dear Candy crush , I recently returned and started to enjoy candy crush all over again but I am done ! I am not spending money to keep going and as a result I cannot get past the hard levels. I am happy to watch ads but these seem to have disappeared. I play for fun but that has gone so bye bye 👋

Thanks for your valuable feedback and a timeout might be good especially if you're not enjoying the game.
We get how frustrating it is to not have access to the ads. This feature doesn't reach all players. Millions of players in an event at any time is a lot of work, so we split it up into groups so we can keep it running and you have a better chance of accessing it.
It's highly likely you'll be getting it very soon.
Give it some time and when you're ready, check out the latest updates to the game to ensure you benefit from all the new levels and features that we release on a regular basis.
