I have purchased 6 coconut things and each time I go to start a level they are no longer there

The coconut wheels do not show up on the start screen and cannot be used on most levels. They should appear again as choice of a starting booster for any level with cherries or the gummi dragon. You can check what is in your inventory by clicking on your player icon/photo or avatar on the map screen in your game.
