I’ve been playing CCS for 10 years. I have always had ads and now I don’t Why?

Recently I made my first ever purchase in the Semi Finals of the tournament. I thought it would help me progress in the tournament. Ever since then, I don’t get ads for lives and boosters. I can’t even use the 30 gold bars I have. After my round, it will post connecting to App Store. The game is not fun when it is restricted in this way. I have tried restarting my phone and tablet to no avail.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

My game ID is1169315378 and for 10 years, I’ve always had all the features that were available until last week. It doesn’t make sense that the ability to get boosters, lives and use my gold bars to play on is suddenly gone. I have attached a screenshot of what happens after my round.

As you saw the first time, you'll be getting just the same canned reply over and over, conveniently ignoring the store connection issue and not even giving you a plausible explanation about the ads either.
When you make a purchase with real money, ads get suspended on your account for an unspecified period of time - could be months, as well as years. There's no doubt about it. It's a fact. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do but wait. I'd advise you to take a month or two off the game - don't log in at all. Hopefully, this will undo the damage.
Regarding the store connection issue - it's not related. You could experience that with or without ads. I'd suggest resetting your network settings.
As a last resort and only if you have no boosters to lose, you could consider reinstalling the game. Don't do it for now though. You could write to Support but they will most probably feed you some canned reply and be done with it.
