I lost my gold and i don't know why
Hi! I have a problem. I left the candycrush on my celphone while i was away doing something, and i had 60+ gold. When i came back i only had 30, and i don't know why because i, as i said, was away, and nobody else used my phone. What can i do? I already sent an email to King, but they send me a guide as an answer, and it didn't really help. So, what now?
PS: Sorry for the bad english, i hope this is comprensible. :)

Hi! Thanks for the answer, but i already did emailed them (in spanish), and they sent back a guide that didn't really explain my question. What should i do? Email them again but in english? They said that if the email didn't answer my question I should come here to ask, and that's what i did. So, what know? Sorry for the problems, i just want my gold back (it's not much but it helps) :(
