gold is gone!

Some days ago, I help my wife to connect Facebook prevent game data lost.

after connect facebook, her gold almost 3000 unit gold is disappear!

we have been not reinstall game and we not change device, but gold is disappear.

How can we do ?

Hello @love_cute_0728 I don't know anything about Facebook, so can't really help you. I have read that there are many issues with the game on Facebook and the usual recommendation is to create a King account and play the game through an app instead.

Your gold is stored on King's game servers so unless you have deleted all of the game's data in some way then your gold should still be there.

To get a better answer to your problem you should post in the Support area of this forum as most people only come to the Off-Topic area to play counting games
