Help to get through Level 7060

I have been playing this level for over a week and I cannot get even close to completing it. Does anyone have any ideas? This may finally be the one that ends it for me. It's ridiculously difficult and now I'm just bored beyond belief. Also, I don't spend money so I'm not buying any boosters and I've used all my free ones up on other levels. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks Christine. It really is too bad. Part of the frustration is sometimes you these levels that are so difficult that you have no chance of winning the episode winning gold bars. I’d rather watch a video that gives me gold or more pass a level.

Nevertheless, I’m really starting to be turned off by King. I was a longtime player and left in 2020 because of my frustration I decided to try it again last fall but they may send me away for good now. It’s just ridiculous some of these levels.

Hello @Kevinb23 The problem lies in the fact that Candy Crush has changed the way the game is meant to be played in the past two years almost beyond recognition. Long term players have either had to adjust or quit the game.

Previously Candy Crush used to be a puzzle game with each level being possible to pass within a few attempts by playing the right moves that were written into the level design. This is no longer the case. Since the changes brought in in 2024 Candy Crush is now a game that requires players to win gold bars in the episode races and chocolate box events and win boosters from a number of events and then to use boosters and gold wisely to win more gold in the episode races. The game is what it is and won't return back to the puzzle game it once was, so the old methods of waiting for a lucky board no longer work. We actually now have to pay our way out of these levels to enjoy the game. It is possible to earn more gold than we spend and new players are now taught to use this method to play the game. Candy Crush has become a game of gold and booster budgeting now, rather than a game of strategy of what moves to make on the game board.

Stupid level. 22 moves to complete this is ridiculous. I’m up top 255 moves now if I want to pay 10 gold bricks, which I’m not going to do out of spite. I don’t mind a challenging board but one that total requires luck to pass totally pisses me off. King can go pound sand

I totally agree. I’m finally over this scam of a game. All boosters used even received 2hours free as acknowledgment of MY (🤣🤣) lack of progress with this level!!! As if it is MY fault and 2 hours free time means zilch as we all know “free play” is available all the time!! Theyve done it this time “I AM DONE”!!! Ram it where the sun doesn’t shine 😡

Yes it does but I have never had that many striped candies on the board. If I got that many striped ones I would definitely be through it by now. That just looks like an extremely lucky board. Thanks anyway, I might try a few more times but then I'm just going to quit and start again from the beginning. It's really no fun anymore when stuck on a level for days and weeks.
