Hi!
I had a phone issue and had to rest my phone to a few days earlier. I lost my candy crush Bff!
Does anyone know Pooty?
Do you know how I could find Pooty??
We sent each other lives every day!! I miss my candy crush bff. We looked out for each other.

Hello Monique as PrettyBubbles has said there is nothing we can do to help you get in touch with Pooty as we have no way of knowing any of their personal details.
All I can think of is that you keep checking your Friends lists in your game. The friend feature recommends people for you to add to your game based on things like being in a F5 team with them, or being near the same level that you are at. Keep checking these lists and you might find that Pooty appears in them.

I not only lost my bff but I also lost about 1000 levels with this reset on my phone. I went from level 6000ish to 5000ish. I had over 70 saved lives thanks to my friend Pooty. I lost all of those saved lives. Honestly I donβt even want to play anymore. this is so frustrating! If I ever decide to play again, how do I prevent this from happening?? Also can I change my picture icon so Pooty can look for me too? When I made an official email I became this king looking character?? I would like to be the other character. Thanks for your help.

If you email Player Support @MoniqueCandyCrusher they might be able to help you restore levels.
There is nothing you can do to prevent the loss of saved lives. Together with boosters saved lives are stored on the memory of your device. Any action that affects the memory such as deleting your game data when you reinstall the app permanently deletes your boosters and saved lives.
If you have a picture of the avatar you have lost then you can upload it to your game to replace the default one you have been given.
