I did not receive my $13.99 after I paid for it . When I logged back on it was not there! WHY?

Why did I not receive my $13.99 bundle when I was supposed to get it all day. But when I logged on again all my bonuses were gone. Why?

How about you tried these steps (Purchase Issue/Problem) that I hope this helps. 😊

If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉
