I’ve just completed stage 2 of the latest tour (1800) and claimed my free 2 hours of lives but….nothing happened - is this a scam or nasty trick by King? Anyone else has this annoying problem and/or sorted it?

Just to say my little problem with the Music Tour collection has been resolved with an apology - very impressing King - thank you.
Not a scam @skinny_ian just an issue that has affected a lot of people.
