Can’t find season pass

I have recently purchased a season pass and I cannot seem to find it. I’m trying to claim my guess and I’ve suddenly noticed that I stopped levelling up in my season pass. I haven’t collected all my prizes from the season pass and now I can’t access it to see what tier I was even in, I specifically remember that I had more than two weeks left on my season pass so the season ending is not the answer. Please help me find my way to my pass so I can claim my gifts and help me figure out why I’m not finding up anymore it doesn’t seem fair that I purchased a season pass that stated I have two more weeks to earn prizes and then it disappears within two days
