King always states that all levels can be completed without using boosters. Why has this now changed? I do not use boosters, unless I get down to only having one item on the board to clear and even then, I usually just fail the level and start over. However, in this level with only 18 moves to start, I have not been able to clear more than 20 items before exhausting all moves. This is very frustrating and seems deliberate on the part of the game. I do not have any luck with special candies automatically forming. I generally only receive moves that only allows three candies of the same to be played.
I did pass this one very recently on my latest game. I think I used starting boosters and got a lucky board which was not very different from that video posted above. In many Levels like that one using the right pre level boosters actually triggers a lucky board. The game is meant to be played using boosters now, so the trick is to correctly figure out which boosters a level wants you to play, and when. It's all written into the programming.
How do I get past level 345? Why would King create levels that are impossible to pass?
Oh no, you have dug up an old post here @Pearlmax! The game has changed significantly since I wrote those words. King have introduced impossible without boosters levels and legendary levels since then. So don't listen to anything I wrote back in May 2023.
Define a few tries. With only the 18 moves, I am not able to clear even half of the board. This is another level that should start with at least 50 moves and after 10-15 attempts, the algorithm should automatically let the player move forward.
Hi @jhonsnow and welcome to the community. This is a tricky level because it has only 18 moves, but it should be possible to pass after a few tries. Once you get to the bottom bubble gum it clears quickly. Try to use the striped candies that drop and make striped/wrapped combos where possible to hit into that bubble gum at the bottom.
