We will never know for sure @wgl3610 but I think King have decided to remove Sweet Cinema and other advert features from people. If you check this forum you will see many complaints like yours from people that have had adverts and now have lost them. The fact that there are so many recent complaints about the same issue would obviously indicate that the loss of adverts/Sweet Cinema is a deliberate change introduced by King.
You might receive an answer form a Moderator saying that this is normal behaviour as adverts aren't a permanent feature of anyone's game. This is plainly not true as for so many people to lose the same feature at the same time would indicate a targeted change rather than a random one.
My Sweet Cinema is the same as yours. It is there in my Events, but it hasn't worked since before the All Stars Event.
There is nothing anyone here can do to solve your issue.
