help stopping a progress thief

I have had this happen to me twice in two days and it has been the same player. Yesterday I was in first place in the weekly race and when I finished a level it showed the player in second place now had my total levels for the week and I had theirs. Support was useless and sent me a form letter that basically said sh** happens. I shrugged it off and made up the levels (35) and passed that player and was 100 levels ahead of them. Same thing happened this morning I finished a level and there again the same player who had been in 2nd place now had my levels and I had theirs. Anyone have the same experience or a fix since game support is no help

Please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), then waiting for their contact and answer you soon. Thanks.

thank you I will try once again. I reported the issue both times it happened and all I got was a form letter.
