Is anyone else getting a message when to try to collect yours lives from people and give lives also? “ RESTART required.
Please do not delete and reinstall the game.”
Quite a few people are seeing the 'Restart Required' message Delisle, though not everyone is seeing it when trying to collect lives. We have been told that the issue is under investigation, but it has been going on since April now.

How about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope this helps. 😊

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.
