I can't access the envelope where I can access lives sent by friends. Anyone else have this problem?
It only opens when people have sent you lives or lives request, or if you have stored lives. If the envelope doesn't have a number on it, or if you have used all of your stored lives then it won't open. Have you used all of your sent lives by any chance.
What happens when you tap on the envelope?
Can you make sure the game app is up to date? Try also disconnecting the game from Facebook and connect again incase you have lost connection to your friends list.
