I am stucked in level 13587 for many days and I am desperate! It is a real horrorlevel and I asked King 2 times for help, but no reply. How can King make such levels? I think they want us to buy boosters, but no way I will ever do that! Please help me!!!

Yes @LiavanderWeele King do want us to buy boosters, and gold. If you are out of gold and boosters you will not progress much further in this game at this stage without paying, not in the levels of the 13,000+ range. You are making the right choice not to buy boosters. The game is not worth paying for and you would only get stuck again a little further down the line. But don't expect any help from King either. The way they get players stuck on some levels is quite deliberate. The want players to pay or quit.
