I got stucked in level 770. With no gold bars or any boosters. Please help

This level looks daunting, but it can be done with a lucky board. You will pass this if you try often enough, so it pays to persevere. Just keep trying. There are some quite good, easier levels coming up between this level and level 1000. Hopefully you will be able to win some events and episode races after this to gain some gold and boosters again. Just keep trying. Eventually the algorithm will let you win this one.
