how do I remove my credit card information from candy crush?
It sounds like the credit card linked to your phone is also paying for a subscription essential to running the phone? Could that be so? On Apple devices the same credit card is linked to all payments made via the phone, any app or game, but also my subscription for icloud storage. Maybe this is why your device won't let you remove the credit card? The message you see is not related directly to Candy Crush. You need to contact the company that holds the credit card details, Apple, Google etc.
i am attempting to remove my credit card i use for Kings Candy Crush, and I get the message "cannot remove you have a subscription

All purchases and transactions in your games and apps are made with the account you have on your device or platform.
To remove the payment details, you will need to do this from the account you use for all in-app purchases. On iPhone & iPad your Apple-ID has your payment details, on Android devices it's your Google Play account, on Facebook you have the payment details saved on your Facebook account settings.
Please check with your platform provider how to remove the payment details from your account.
