Worse case Candy Crush scenario happened to me on this level. I had all the licorice and short one of those dinosaur things or whatever they are. I had bars for 60 extra moves for free and did this twice. So 120 extra moves and the last dinosaur did not fall!! Seriously. Definitely was a glitch.
