I was playing this level, had 1 cherry to go, purchased 15 moves with gold bars for 16 bars and in the entire 15 moves, no cherries dropped. Doesn't seem right.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue with a level, I will investigate to see if there is any issues on that level.
I just had the same thing happen to me. I bought 10 gold bars for $1.99. I got all the jelly but the last cherry never dropped.

Hello @Batiste668 and @mckaven231 - welcome to our wonderful King community! I am sorry to hear that happened to you both. I just replayed the level and used several UFOs to open the board so I had some moves left before the last cherry should appear.
I play on an iPhone 12 Pro and had removed all Neely and 7 of the cherries with 5 moves left. The last cherry appeared when I had 2 moves left and I was able to get it out and clear the level in time.
So it appears to be working. Make sure you always update your game because when the studio does put in patches, you want to make sure you have them.
Also the best tip I have is try to clear the top row (or any of the horizontal rows) as much as you can because you have at best a one in three chance of getting the cherry to come out, so the more often you get new candies to drop from the dispensers at the top, the better your chances will be that one will be a cherry.

Thank you for the reply. My game was updated. Also, isnโt it possible that there was a glitch in the level when we played it? Batiste668 had this happen just a couple of weeks ago. I also donโt have several UFOs to use on the level, which is why I needed to spend money to get more moves. It is just frustrating. Iโm not going to spend any more money on this game.
My game was also updated. Don't get me wrong, I eventually passed the level but there was a quirk if you purchased the extra moves (15 in both of our cases) and a cherry doesn't drop, it's a bug.
