After making a $4.49 purchase for special candies I am unable to use any at all. Why would spending money on the game make it worse than before? Please reimburse me in some way

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
There are some levels in the game where it is not possible to choose the boosters at the beginning. This could happen because the board is full of blockers and there is no room for other boosters or when a new feature is introduced. Don't worry! In the next level the boosters will return.
This is just a case of bad timing @RabidGames. There are quite a few levels that do not allow the use of pre-game boosters and you have been unlucky enough to make a purchase just as one of these levels arrive in your game.
You can try contacting Player Support to see if they will compensate you for not getting the full use out of your purchase, but I am not sure what Support make of situations like yours
