No money remove from my account!!!

But I used promptpay.. This is the second time candy crush took my money awat!!!!!! Awful!!!!

Yeah, it says no money removed that's why I put it that way. In fact they took my money because I used promptpay. Apparently, I was refunded for the 2nd one the first one no coz I didn't know how to create ticket

Hi @lovingly1988 If you got the message in your header "no money removed" this would mean that no money was taken. I don't quite understand your post therefore.
