Hi there. If you have an email account and play on a mobile or tablet you can go into settings, then "my account" within the game and then log out. You then automatically start a new game at level 1. You can get back to your previously saved game any time by going into the same screen again and pressing "log in with email".
Sorry but I know nothing about Facebook or Android logins.
