I just got the popup telling me to play with a Sweet Crew to get through the game. I can't X out of it and I can't get out of it by hitting the back button (I'm on Android). I don't want friends. I don't want to help anyone, nor do I want help from anyone. I just want to play this game!

Do you mean how to bring back the option to opt out of playing Candy Royale? 🤔

And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests on this community) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉

What actually is Sweet Crew? I have heard a few complaints about this, but it must be something only very few people get in their game. I mean, VERY few. Could you show us a screenshot maybe? Most of us don't get this feature.

No, Sweet Crew is different than Candy Royale.
I am talking about the one where it forces you to pick one of three things to send to friends, and friends send help to you.
I dont want to do this.

No, I don't mean anything about Candy Royale. I'm talking about Sweet Crew, where you are matched with three other players and you choose whether to be a healer or two other options (I forget what the other two options are).

I do remember this, from years ago. I didn't know they had brought it back. Obviously they are just testing it on a smallish group this time. Any event like that should have an opt out button. But Candy Crush is rather in your face when it comes to events, unfortunately. There are just so many pop ups and offers all the time. If it is too annoying I guess it's time to find a different game to play.
