Level 13701. Is there an issue.

Has anybody got an issue around this level. I’ve been playing the game for quite a few years now and never seen this. I am not getting any challenges or daily free spins. It just seems to be completely stuck. I haven’t been able to do anything for a few weeks and therefore yesterday decided to take the drastic action and delete and reinstall. I knew that I would lose all of my boosters, but keep my gold bars.

I reinstalled and it’s exactly the same. I don’t know how to progresses. The reinstall has actually taken me back to when you could play landscape mode. Any ideas anybody. Thanks.
