Game not operating right!!!

When you get to the levels where there are ice breakers, swaps are not allowed. What i mean is that instead of reshuffling because there are no more moves you can make, the hint will still highlight a candy behind ice thats impossible to move. So now you have to quit the game over and over, and just pray that you dont run out of possible moves. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

Hi there. I am not quite sure what you mean exactly because usually I manage to make those moves into the frosting that the game recommends. Perhaps could you please send us a screenshot? Which level is it you are having this problem with?

Exactly. Same thing is happening to me. Came here to see what others are saying about it. Hope they fix it soon! In the attached pic, the game is highlighting the 3 green candies in the middle, but I can’t move the one to the left out of the ice, so I’m stuck. Will have to quit this game.

@hoopz swaps are allowed but you can only make a swap by moving a candy into the Ice and not out of the ice.

In @LollyPops123 screenshot the swap is made by moving the orange candy into the ice to replace with the green candy.

Oh, got it. Thanks!! I was trying to move the green candy and it wasn’t working, but when I tried the orange one it did!
