Bug report
I am in level 12688 but the bug is happening a while now. In the last move, the level finishes, whitout all the possible combinations to be calculated... I 've lost some levels that i shouldn't have, because of that. Once, a cherry was just before dropping, when the level finished (by the last move).

Thanks for yuor instant reply. Fyi it is not happening only with cherry/dragon, but with any combination of candies. The levels ends before all the possible combinations are executed.

Hello @leosym the issue you describe has been going on for two years or so. We have been told that the problem is being investigsted by King, but the fact that the issue is still occurring after all of this time must mean that it isn't an issue they can/want to fix.
I find it suspicious when the game ends showing you your last ingredient as it seems to me to be a clear enticement to get you to buy extra moves. Maybe that is just me though.
@QueenB @Novapichu can one of you please clarify if the issue of matched candy not being removed from a board is still being investigated? Can the collection thread be updated please.

Hello @QueenB this recent post that I have linked below is the most shocking example of 'candies not getting crushed' that I have seen.
Can you please clarify if the issue of 'candies not getting crushed' is still being investigated.

We've checked back with the studio and unfortunately this is still under investigation as we don't have enough findings to see what the issue can be.
I have however passed on your feedback and hopefully by testing the same level, they might find something that help indicate what the issue is.
In the meantime, retrying the level should work but understand that this is not ideal and will work harder on correcting this.

Thank you for the reply @QueenB. Could you ask the studio to look at level 3315 as well please.
I don't know if you looked at @Klilkalil's screenshot, but that issue of the last jelly not being cleared even though it is in of row of four matched candy is definitely not something anyone would expect from a match three game.
