Ads won't load for extra plays

Hello, when I got to level 10,060, the ads for extra plays won't load. It says Watch ad to play on, but there is a black screen. I finally got through levels by using all of my boosters. I'm on level 10,063, and the problem continues. I am using an iPhone. Any suggestions? I'm going to stop playing if this continues. It's just not fun anymore. Thanks!

You might as well stop playing now Lucy. As you can see from being pointed towards a thread that tells you that the issue you have just complained about is fixed King do not seem to take the issue of adverts crashing the game seriously.

The issue has been going on for over six years so I can't see them fixing it soon if at all.

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests on this community) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉
