Term and Agreement thing

When playing on my laptop, I keep starting over with the Terms and Agreement page as though I am a new player. I have to turn off the music and the hints each time and I end up having to go through the "invite new friends" tutorial every time I sign in. This does not happen on my iPad or my iPhone, just my laptop (also apple).
My levels, gold bars, and boosters are all still current and correct, but it takes a round of play before the Events are pulled up correctly. Is this a MacBook glitch?
I have sent this to support as well.
