Password reset. Can’t connect

Hi, i reset my password in the account, when i start in my new iphone, levels are downgraded and now i can’t connect my account in my ipad and all boosters are gone. I never delete the game, in the ipad levels are ok. When i request a life it saids restart required. Any dolutions, please?

I'm sorry because your game app is corrupted and you need to reinstall the game app after uninstalling to get the solution. Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster and unsaved levels but your problem will be solved.

Password it’s resetted but i can’t connect in my ipad. In my iphone it’s ok but with all new levels (in ipad) gone. The connection issue it’s not real, i can see ads
