Missing chocolate box reward

I just completed my gold (third) level chocolate box but when i clicked claim rewards, the app hang and i forced to refresh the app. After restart the game, all my reward just gone like that?????

How about you tried following "Force Stop" of the game from Settings first then you switch on the stable internet connection and reopen playing this game. So I hope your sweet rewards will be received back on the game soon! 😉
