Logged into FB with new laptop and now when I go to play CCS I have to accept terms, all the lives I had are gone, and I have to play a round in order for Events to show. What's going on?
Hello Barbara, you are treated as a new player on your new laptop because the new laptop does not contain any of the game's cookies that remember your progress.
You will find that when you sign out of your game and back in that none of your Events are available. I am not sure of the reason, I guess it will be something to do with their servers, but you always have to play a level before all of your Events return to your game.

⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your inventory lives and boosters! ⚠️
1. The inventory lives and boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The inventory lives and boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Lives and Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
They do not replace items and help you to return your inventory lives and boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊
Why do I have to accept the Terms, and go through the how to play, how to accept friends and play 1 round before the Events show up?

Congratulations for your new Laptop . The Gold Bars do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters and Lives do not sync between devices.
Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.
