Connection issue

My droid notepad used to be connected and 'worked fine, I was able to play in the contest and for some reason, it doesn't connect. It says connection error. I have tried everything I can think of to no avail. Please advise. I don't want to lose my progress, level 767

If it does then I am sorry to say that there is currently no known fix for this error and all you can do is contact Player Support so that they can investigate your game.

To contact Player Support use the Help (big question mark) function of your game.

How about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope this helps.

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.
