Why am I not getting the smaller gold bar rewards when competing in the Candy Royale game?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your share of winning Gold Bars from Candy Royale event!!
Did you save screenshots to show that you won the event and did not receive your Gold Bars? If so, you can send a complaint to the King Player Support team.

2) If you are on a mobile device, you can report directly from the game 👍️
Please post back and let me know if you need further assistance with the steps to send your complaint.

Still have not received a response. I’ve also submitted another complaint about the issue regarding this candy Royale game. I should have been awarded like 200 gold bars in total or more.

Oh Dear! Very sorry to hear about you cannot received your Gold Bars after you complete Candy Royale Event. 😢
How about you tried following "Force Stop" of the game from Settings first then you switch on the stable internet connection and reopen playing this game. So I hope your gold bars will be received back on the game soon! 😉
If it's still not worked after try following these steps on above, Please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so I hope they can contact and help you soon. 😊
