Why portrait also on Windows 11 with monitor?

Had to find here that the game is set into portrait mode since there is no mention whatsoever in the game itself.

But this is also on Windows 11 through the Windows Store with a normal monitor. Very weird to say the least. I can't and wil not play it this way. It's way to small and really very annoying :(

Indeed, in the Windows app it's also portrait.

Here a screenshot of it. It's the latest version and besides the portrait mode, things are also missing (the pink part where the avatar is suppose to be for example).

Okay, for a company that is the worst thing to do! There are SO many devices, so many screens and it's now made to portrait despite the negative feedback during testing??

Yip, it seems like if you don't like it, too bad.

I've been playing for years (level 7300+) but now that my playing screen has shrunk to a 3rd of its size and now in portrait format I've lost interest. I'm not playing on a mobile, I'm playing on a laptop.

Playing on a Mac, and although it's not portrait, it's so shrunk it's very hard to play. Argh-I don't get it!

After 9 years of playing had to stop. The portrait style is just to small and not enjoyable.
