There is one person who is way above everyone else in the group. Came out of nowhere and has been winning almost every week. Comes back with 50 and up wins at a shot. She should not be in our group. Don’t they make the players in the group on an even playing field? It’s terrible! Makes you not even want to bother trying.

I too have noticed that in recent weeks the weekly race has become much harder to win. The teams that develop these competitions are quite manipulative. They pick who to group players with, but heaven knows what criteria they use. It definitely is not fair. The banners quite certainly show that they are not playing levels near me, that is for sure. So it is not an even playing field. Until a few weeks ago I used to win easily by playing level after level. Now they deliberately group me with players way ahead already who I cannot catch. So it's best to ignore this competition altogether and concentrate on those you can win.

Maybe Candy Crush is not the game for you then, for it is very manipulative indeed. How far are you into the game?

I don't like working my tail off to be 30 or 40 games ahead of everyone to come back an hour later to a "new" person in the group that miraculously appeared out of nowhere to be 40 games ahead of me. That is total BS.
