I want permanently delete my game progress

The customer service tell me the steps below:

1. Go to the Help Center

2. Please scroll down until you find "Privacy & Terms"

3. Then select "How do I delete my player account?"

4. Scroll down and tap the button to "Delete my account"

5. You will get a screen to confirm the email address your account is stored in and your full name.

6. Once you confirm the data is correct, you will need to tap in the button "Delete my account".

But in the step 4, I Scroll down the screen and I can't find the button about "Delete my account"

What device are you playing your game with?

I'm playing my game with mobile, and after I scrolled down the page of "How do I delete my player account" on my mobile, there are only some instructions, I don't see any buttons named "Delete my account"
