It's been suggested countless times and I am sure King don't want a chat function because players could give each other tips on how to get extra lives or boosters for free and THAT they don't like. They want players to spend money and turn to the community for help instead. They can keep an eye on what we write here. It's a matter of how to control the game and exchanges between players.
