The gold bricks are there for you to spend on buying boosters and extra lives or moves within the game. If I could sell my 2000 gold bars for real money, that would be great!
No, the aim of the game is to make money for King, not for us. And to be popular all over the world (again) all King would need to do is bring back landscape mode for iPads!
