Show a warning on mobile versions when no rewarded ads are available

Currently players on mobile versions have no way of knowing whether or not rewarded ads will be available just before they are about to reach a point where they will fail the level without help or buying any more continues. It would be convenient if players could be warned even with an internet connection that there are no rewarded videos available during a level attempt right when there are only a few moves left. Being able to watch a rewarded video for free to get some extra moves can be absolutely helpful and it would be comforting to know just ahead of time whether or not players will have such aid when it is most needed.
