Show a "wait" indicator when a cascade combo is in progress

While a cascade combo (multiple chain reaction matches that result in a combo rated "Sweet!", "Tasty!", "Delicious!" or "Divine!") occurs, players might briefly see a favorable match move, only for it to disappear because the combo wasn't over and another chain reaction match shifted the candies so that the move they desired is actually not possible. It would be convenient for the game to show a "wait" icon when a cascade combo is triggered, and once the icon disappears at the end of the combo, the player can make their next move.
