Hello,
after using gold bars to not lose my streak and my spot in the jackpot, the last dragon wasn’t released and I was unable to finish.
is there any way to have my bars and streak restored?
Hello Frillybobkins, the last dragon of a level order not being available to collect has been an issue for some tine now. The issue is being investigated, but as you can see from what happened to you the issue hasn't been fixed yet
Unfortunately I have never heard of anyone that has ever got their Win Streak necklace restored.
As the issue is definitely King's fault it is worth getting in touch with Player Support as suggested by Kiara as they might compensate you for the loss of your gold and necklace. Don't be surprised if they say no as King generally do not replace items that were gained just from playing the game.

Unfortunately if we lose the Level then we will lose the Win Streak and have to start from scratch. for compensation please try email to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.
