I clicked on the screen for my gold bars (Claim) and then my screen froze and can’t click on anything to come out of it I also have very high winning streak I think it is in the 50’s and definitely don’t want to lose this if I uninstall and install again. Thanks for your advice in advance Katrina xx

In the meantime, get intouch with our Player Support Team and ask for a compensation. Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings and hit the ?!
The select Purchases & Gold Bars, scroll down until you see Contact Us and send them an email.
