Has anyone else had a problem with level 4595? It always crashes when I win the level, it reboots, and never registers the win. I have won the level 7 to 10 times. I am Stuck. Groundhog Day at level 4595

I am sorry that you lost the timed boosters, because you had to switch your device. The reason you saw Gold bars on both devices is because the Gold Bars are saved on game server. Whereas, the boosters are saved on device local memory. That is the reason, we will have different amount of boosters on each device we use. I hope you did not lose them when there was lot of minutes left 🤔

I used two different iPads. The App was Candy Crush Saga version 1.255.4.1 on the iPad mini 2. My IOS software is iOS 12.5.7.
It shows that it updated last night and the level progression worked after my win.
the only issue is that when I went from my very old iPad, with which I bought the $19.99 “Special Bundle” , but after it was continually crashing I switched iPads and tried to win on my Mini 2. My boosters that I bought did not show up in my account on the Mini 2 but I had the 100 gold bars. Why?
Hello. I just won the level and I actually moved to 4596! Thank you. Is there a way to get credits for my 2 or 3 “Special Bundles” that I paid to try to get passed the 4595 level @$19.99, was broken. I promise I won it at least 10 times then it would crash. The gold bars would be deducted and the boosters but I was still at 4595.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a glitch in level 4595!!
Can you please tell me which device you are using? If you are playing the App version, can you check the App you have right now?
Also, when you win the level next time, take a screenshot of the level + your game map, and post it here. So that, I can show it to our Candy game In-charge and report about the issue.
In the mean time, I too will check my game and see if I also experience the same thing!

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
