Do you play the game on multiple devices? If so, does the progress show properly on a different device?
Did you try logging out of the App and log back in after giving it few minutes? If not, please try it and see if it brings back your level progress.
If neither of these steps help, you will have to contact the King Player Support and seek their assistance. Please post back and let me know and I will provide you the proper steps. You can reply back by typing in the blank box given below to my comment.
