Can I do anything with the gold bars? My bank is full but I don't want to pay to upgrade it.
My advice would be to ignore the piggy bank. It costs real money to open it (they call that "upgrade") and I don't think it is value for money. Try to win episode races to win gold for free instead. The Seasons Pass can be a good way to win free boosters by replaying your favourite previous levels. The gold pass and some other deals can be much better value for money than breaking your piggy bank. However, generally speaking spending real money on this game is not advised by the most experienced players here. Especially if you have the ad feature, which might disappear if you spend money.
Thank you. It says I have 30 gold bars but doesn't let me to anything with them. It just asks if I want to give it a makeover or something. I don't really want to spend real money, this is just a have I play for fun and to relax. I don't get competitive so I think I'll to what you said and ignore it. I just didn't know if it was important to have.

When you said "Gold Bars" - are you asking about the Gold Bars you have in the game at the top right corner? Or the ones in the Piggy Bank?
If you are talking about the Piggy Bank, there is no other way to collect them except by purchasing with real money!!

when I open candy crush the task bar comes up on the screen and does not go off I have to keep turning WiFi and mobile data off to play the game but when I go to the next turn the task bar comes up and does the same thing.
