Why is my account registered with two email addresses, yet each email had its account?

My Account "tenny_lee4" was registered with the email "*". I have a friend who had an account named "jamie lin" registered with the email "*". He lost his phone and since he was addicted to this game, he added his account to my phone. When I needed to play I just logged in to my account and he also did the same. I don't know how the game combined the two accounts such that the two email addresses are logging in to the account "tenny_lee4"and have the same friends.

I am sorry to know about the issue you are experiencing with your account being merged with another player's!! I understand how confusing it must be!!

I am not sure how it happened!! Your friend and you must have logged out of other's account when trying to open your own accounts, right?

I would suggest & recommend you to contact our Player Support team. Because, they will have the resources to check both your accounts and work with you to clear out the issue. Please go to this link and submit the form that was given --> https://soporto.king.com/contact

You can contact them directly from you game!! When we do this, the Player Support team will automatically receive your game ID number. But, since you are saying both your accounts are merged, I would not recommend that, as I am not sure which ID number they will see with your complaint!!
